CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy We would like to remind our valued clients about our appointment cancellation policy. It you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel/reschedule with insufficient notice, you will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the service price. If you provide less than 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling, you will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the service price. Reschedule will be charged 50% as a deposit towards the next service. This policy applies to all rescheduling requests made within the 48-hour timeframe. However, if you provide 48 hours or more notice, you will not be subject to these charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
